Welcome to B. Happie Entertainment! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Larger events require larger nonrefundable deposits.
  • The remaining balance is due at the event before the performance begins.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and PayPal.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a future booking if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance for local events.
  • If travel is involved, additional cancellation fees may apply to cover expenses.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Liability & Safety

  • B. Happie Entertainment is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or accidents that may occur during or as a result of our performances.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable performance space free of hazards.
  • Children must be supervised at all times during performances. B. Happie Entertainment is not responsible for monitoring children’s behavior.

4. Equipment & Venue Requirements

  • The client must provide a suitable performance space with adequate lighting, electrical outlets (if required), and seating for attendees who need it. Floor is good seating for the children.
  • If any equipment owned by B. Happie Entertainment is damaged due to negligence, the client is responsible for repair or replacement costs.

5. Photography & Media

  • B. Happie Entertainment may take photos and videos during events for marketing purposes.
  • By booking, you grant permission for these images to be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
  • If you prefer not to have photos taken, please inform us in writing before the event.

6. Weather Policy

  • For outdoor events, the client should have an alternative indoor location in case of bad weather.
  • If weather conditions make the event unsafe or unworkable, rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.

7. Miscellaneous

  • B. Happie Entertainment reserves the right to refuse service or stop a performance if conditions become unsafe or if attendees engage in inappropriate behavior.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the state of Florida.
